RYOBI 524GX monitor getting Hang

    Dear all,
    In RYOBI PCS -H Computer Monitor getting Hang
    (stuck) after 15 minutes run, then mouse not move.
    If we restart the machine,again monitor work for 10-15 minutes only.
    When I keep hand on CPU box, can be feel hot, so I put one FAN Infront of CPU, then machine working more than 10days without hang.
    Hope problem could be small fan or heat sink inside the CPU. Any other possibilities?
    Question is, can I remove and repair this CPU locally? Any precautions needed?
