I don't remember exactly how you do it, but the 524GX under the cover of the control side section contains 4 adjustable throttles that set the speed of pneumatic cylinders. The compressor constantly blows powder into the pneumatic system, which clogs the throttles. We remove it without pressure in the system and blow it in both directions, install it and check it in operation.
