Ryobi 524 H double, triple sheets

    I having double sheets when feeding. It was run good for last job and is a same type and size off paper.
    But today i having this for all days. can't run the press at all. I have a problem of the feeder drive. one of the screw is missing i replace it than it keep having this double or triple sheets. NEED HELP.....PLEASE.

    Thanks for reply. I'm running 24LB uncoated text. I been try to lower the paper pile and less sucker air. it still the same.
    Well i'm new on this press but i do run 20LB paper before too.

    might have to balance your air blast,less at the front more at the back or middle.

    Yes I do that too. I thinking is that the feeding drive problem? .I just replaced a screw on it may just too tight or too loose.
    I been running really good before.

    Not sure if this will work. About a year ago a buddy told me about these suckerfeet, Bigfoot. Most of my jobs run smooth but I have one job I do every other month and it gives me trouble feeding doubles. Since I bought this accessory I have not had issues. Good luck.
