Ryobi 522HE error to raise the feed table

Good evening, I have a problem with a Ryobi 522HE. The material loading table does not rise manually and does not rise with the feeder automatically if the voltage of the end of the lifting stroke is reached.

Check your foot pawl, my pressman runs into this when he keeps trying to get the table to not rise as fast and ends up turning the pawl so far down it won't raise the table in either manual or auto mode.
