Ryobi 3404DI - Error 20

Back story: Our original machine died a month ago. The mother board died, and we could not find a replacement. In all of our searching we stumbled over another machine that came off the same system.

The problem: The new machine is working fine as far as an old computer goes, however when i try and connect to the press i get a E-20 Error. I know it is a communication error. I have tried all the ports, tried swapping the cables, uninstalling the drivers, re-entering the correct settings, with no luck. I have been told that these cards do not die, so is there anything i can do to prove it is the card, the cable, etc. My tech has assured me that the press in 100% okay, and it is a problem at the computer.

 

Hi Sir:
After reading i am recomend you very strong to do a BIOS SETTING
and if is NOT result, reinstall software again.
The software can be corrupt.
