After an exposion problem our machine is jammed. Showing fault e031 with following text: the rotation preventing latch goes off during the imaging or goes on except during the imaging. Anybody with a suggestion or an explanation for resolving this problem?

Hi look for this sir:
During the measurement, the scanner is not moved within 2 seconds
after double clicking the start key.
The communication cable is disconnected.
The power cable is disconnected.
The measurement bulb has burned out.
Check and correct the situations above, then perform the measurement
again.

Blessing

  • Excuse me but what measurement are you talking? it's the press which is blocked. Or do I misunderstand you. Thanks for your reply

    Test this sir:
The communication cable is disconnected,or faulty

The power cable is disconnected, or faulty test the power supply too.

    Blessing

After doing this an restarting the machine, the fault is gone, but when any button is pressed, the fault comes back

    please Test:
    1) the cables communication +power for faulty, for continuity or Open

    2) clean very well the Edge connectors board, with special clean contact spray( almost all the 80 % of failure in electronic ) is coming for this
    situation.

    Let me know, Blessing

    Sorry.
Is all Electronic boards of the machine clean Very well!!!

Did you get it figured out? Your machine might need clutches engaged/disengaged, possible need to crank the machine by hand to a certain spot and to get everything working together again. Best to call a service tech.

  • Hello, you need to clutch the machine,

PRINT / MANUAL PRINT / CLOCHE

If it does not do it automatically you must do it manually:

siscar 510 * / cloch service (code 5554- srv2- cluch on - off) / move the crank a little / remove cloche / turn until it falls / turn up to 510 *
    off on

Hello I have the same problem...
How can I do it manually
    Where I find siscar 510??
    Please can you help me??
