Ryobi 3304HA will stop for no reason

the press will run for 10-40 sheet then stop for no reason, no sensor jam ,no safety open just a press stop factor code 01 ( cpu fist stage reset ) anybody ever got that problem ?

I am strong recommend you test :
1) Power for Feed Lines : R-S-T 3 phases, see is the Voltages according with his machines is o.k Tolerances 10% up and down+and tight very well the Wires, see if the have Corrosion, or Oil,etc

2) Test the output from Inverter to the Motor, with DMM, Keep the DMM for 40 sheets as you mention, and see if the Output Voltages, is there or NOT.

a) If the voltage 220vAC or 380Vac or other Voltage that you are using, is there are at the ouput of Inverter: tight very well the Wires R-S-T of course( you must TURN off the machine):you would have problem with the Main Motor, (Maintenance Motor,Ball Bearing, Brush, Lube, or Faulty Windy Stator or Rotor or both Overheating!! Repair or Replace.

b) If the voltage disappear in the instant of Run 40 sheet, you would have problem with the Inverter(see his instruction Manual) or with the Relay Board section MC40.
