I have a similar problem on a 512H, are the solenoids on the control board or on the press near the impression cylinder?

Solenoids get oil in them and should be cleaned periodically. Our press would pull off impression late so we knew it was time for cleaning. I f there was a missfeed or you disengaged feeder the one head would print on the impression cyclendar what a pain. It would generally happen when the press had been running for awhile..Pull the top side covers off and they will be one for each head..
