ryobi 3300cr going off impression

we have a ryobi 3300cr that goes off impression randomly as if the sensor doesnt detect the sheet. Seems worse on multi colored ncr sheets. have tried adjusting the sensitivity of the sensor to no avail. had a former ryobi tech look at it and he thought it was the EYE that works with the sensor, but says its discontinued. Any thoughts on what might be causing it. Faster you run the worse it gets.

 

check that your timing on feeder is correct. also check springs /that pull impression cylinders on are in goood shqape.
