Ryobi 3200pcx Gripper settings.

Good morning guys, we have a problem with our 3200pcx, I think a setting on the grippers went off, all of a sudden we are getting pinched paper on the delivery side and the Press cant run faster than 4000IPH, when faster, we have sheets dropping skew on the delivery side. Does any one have the correct gripper settings for this press, or any advise on this issue? We are only printing on the primary rollers. Attached is an image of the damaged paper.

Run a stream hit stop button and see what grippers bad when you find it move cam follower on to cam place a nickel under cam follower set grippers with 20# stock . make sure you move press by hand so grippers mesh evenly with cylinder grippers
