I am looking for some kind of maintenance schedule for the Ryobi 2800 that we have in our shop. Perhaps some kind of poster or something? We have the manual, but we wanted something that went into more detail of where and when we need to oil or clean. Thanks!

Mattering on the age and use of the machine it depends. My machine has a bazillion hits, I have the side covers off so I can lube it. I oil it with thick oil 20w-50 to everything that has an orifice including the hidden ones that feed the idler gears. At this age of machine I lube it at any run prior to 5000 hits. I do not use it constantly but when I do I lube it every other day when working.

If it is newer (barely used) machine you can get away with weekly or monthly mattering on use. The hidden orifices should be hit or they will wear. That is the only downside to these machines. They can last forever if you go back to the basics. If it runs metal to metal it will wear.
