Running label stock on Indigo 5500

Can anyone offer tips/advice on running label stock on an Indigo 5500? We have inconsistent feed and jamming type problems. The sheet sizes, flatness, etc all seem fine and environmental conditions are constant.

 

Masking tape on the gripper fingers helps quite a bit on problem label sheets. Apply the gripper cleaning wizard to get grippers open. Apply tape. Repeat to remove and clean off sticky residue. I keep extra sets of gripper fingers to remove/replace/clean as needed. If curling is a issue upon exit duplex sheets face down in transport. Lower blanket temp to 130 helps on some sheets too. Be sure to clean sticky residue from the paper drawer and transport areas after run.
