Hi guys. I have a job coming up that needs to be printed on 40# opaque. It needs to run on our Komori 640. its full color both sides, medium ink coverage. We've had issues in the past with curling on paper less than 60#. Can anybody give me suggestions on how to print this job on the 40# so we dont run into major problems. Is there any settings we can to the press or certain things to tweak in order to make it run smooth.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Hey Joey

The best advice I can give is to slow everything down Speed, fans on del.
    Vac.wheels ,Air feeder and Del.Run small trays(racks)
Most important tell the boss not all jobs run 15M IPH. (LOL):D
I've ran 20# onion skin this way with no problems.
    Hope this helps.

We have ran 40# on our 1040 p all the time. It takes finesse but it can be done.
