Rollers not coming up on one side sm102

    HELLO fellow printers. I am having issues with rollers hanging on one side could bad air cylinder be culprit thanks for the input jack

    Hi dear sir. I would like to know if the rolls do not go down on the plate from one side. Please could show us pictures if possible a video. What you say if this is the case then there is a lot of it because you have to see the jacks and if possible change both. They are jacks hidden in the frame and you have to bring out some rollers. I'm waiting for the pictures or video. Thank you

    Hi Jack, Yes, air cylinder may be the cause, but second to that, as I’ve seen many times, worn or gummed up linkage parts are just as culprit.

    Switch air cylinders from another unit or side. If the problem goes with it then you know it's the cylinder. If problem remains clean it.
