Roland 708 Central Lubrication Error

We are having a problem with a Roland 708, machine is in Spanish saying that there is a central lubrication issue, magnetic control valve, the error disappears and works well when is confirmed but 5-10 minutes later appears again, I've taken a photo in Spanish and German, I hope you can help me, thanks

Thoroughly clean the LA8 pump on the delivery. It must be disassembled and cleaned. Check the functionality of the sensor.

Hello, thank you for you reply, all pumps and sensors were tested, and are in ok conditions, also I checked all signals from sensors to boards, every led from sensors are on while pumps are Idle, when activated leds turn off. I'm wondering if there is other signal thath is related to lubrication. When machine is turned on no errors are present, issue only appears when machine is running

you must check the oil pressure signal for 32 bar located at last printing unit or coating unit, if this pressure do not appear means that oil pump at PU1 is defective, this oil pump is different to the rest of oil pumps

when you turn on press there is a short time when the signal for 32 bar oil prrssure must appear, the valvle Y105 at PU1 change the oil path to the 32 bar circuit the pump must generate such pressure to waranty all the bearings from PU1 to last PU or coating has lubrication, make sure you hace during 5 seconds the pressure signal at last printing cilinder, check the signal at delivery station go to +EA circuit and verify the correct byte for this 32 bar pressure

32 bar there are other error messages.
Check LA8 in DELIVERY !! Chain lubrication.

Hello, I realized that while runing only delivery lubrication turns on during 1-2 seconds but all other units grease chain pumps are not activated, I must say that when machine is just turned on, all pumps (from unit 1 to delivery) are activated (I see yellow led on solenoid connector on pump) some seconds and then turned off, I also checked 32 bar sensor and is working and led on board is turned on

The pump diode is not interesting. The control sensor diode is interesting. The delivery pulse, according to the configuration setting, is 2-10k rotations. (Can be changed by an authorized technician) It does not depend on the time.
