Hello, as the machine prints consistently, any paper regardless of thickness, for the last year, when it stops for some reason, the last sheet does not come forward printed. Does anyone know why?

You may have timing issue.the stream of sheets had enough momentum to feed into the press the last sheet may arrive late check your timing . clean the eyes on the infeed

  • I have no Roland experience, but is it possible that once the feeder trips, a barrier is engaged to lock the infeed grippers open to by-pass the sheet on the register feed board?

If it was the timing, the paper would stop since the electronic eyes would not read that there is paper underneath. However, the timing is ok and it appears on the screen that it plays from -2 to +2

you see that when the paper is close to the grippers, even though it is not in the correct position, the grippers open and take the paper in unprinted
