Roland 700 solid printing issue

i have some issue in Roland 700 Solid Printing please give me advise to solve the problem our printing output.
1st image without Dampening it ok but
2nd and 3rd image is with Dampening its shows water lines.
already change all Rollers but not Original its means rubberizing. and this issue in machine all units.

Can you indicate direction of sheet travel, gripper edge.
Most dampening roller lines or streaks are parallel to the gripper edge.
These look diagonal?
Dry solid (left) looks very mottled!

The video of the "wet" solid doesn't show any blank white margin boarder around the sheet?
This is normally done to determine proper ink/water balance to keep the boarder clean, no dry-up, catch-up, scum.
Not knowing your roller train, is the wet dampening version with the bridge roller engaged (integrated) or off?
I assume you checked ink form and water form roller stripe pressures width?
Any chance this is an ink or fountain solution problem rather than a roller issue?
All units have same wet vertical lines?
Normally, test is done with magenta process ink, no spot (PMS) inks.

All units same vertical line and i was send 2 videos it is 1st unit i was change all roller befor 1 week and all roller pressure strip is standard bater i will chang frist fountain solution brand after i will give you feed back

In the photos, the lines are not perfectly vertical at 90 degrees.
Rather, they look like they are diagonal on a slight angle.
Is this true?
Does one of your dampening rollers oscillate side-to-side?

If alcohol, then 20 durometer (Shore A) on metering roller, if substitute then 25 duro.
Lighter lines are from wetter, darker lines are from drier areas.
If you increase or decrease lateral stroke of dampening vibrator/oscillator, does spacing between vertical ridges/bands/lines also change?

where we can find that oscillator increase or decrease lateral stroke? because we not change before oscillator adjustment.

My suggestion to change the oscillation/vibration was based on seeing diagonal/slanted lines, not vertical. You said this was because the photo was taken not square. I do not know how to change the oscillation/vibrator sideways stroke. The operator/users manual should show how to do this.
In the new video, at :05 sec time, you can actually see the repeating wet/dry (gloss difference) line pattern on the green dampening metering roller. It's important that the chrome pan roller be chemically clean (hydrophilic, water loving) by desensitizing it with gum Arabic and acid/etch.
For comparison/contrast purposes, do you have another Roland 700 press you can compare this issue with? Does it also have the same vertical line pattern? If not, then what is different between the two machines?

Hi Sir,
Frist we order the new brand fountain solation and i will speak with another printing press they have same machine and new video i was saw the line in green dampening metering roller. if i disconnect the green dampening metering roller with chrome pan roller water is smooth and no lines.
and if i green dampening metering roller Engauge with chrome pan roller after start the Lines. its mine Line start with green dampening metering roller. i will try to find this chemical if you have any picture of this chemical?

"Etch" is just another name for your fountain solution, but in concentrated form, not diluted.
You may have gum Arabic in prepress for CtP platemaking?
Another common product is "MRC" Metering Roller Cleaner.
Some printers apply gum/etch at the end of shift or weekly to keep chrome roller clean, chemically water loving (hydrophilic). Water should never bead/ball up on the chrome pan roller, it should always form a continuous, unbroken film or water.
