Hi everyone. I have a question regarding slide gates: do you repair them? Ours fail periodically, and we’ve been replacing the 5kΩ potentiometers inside them. Does anyone happen to have a schematic for them?
Before removing them for repair, check the voltage on the potentiometer. (with the hand terminal) If it is below 1.25V the gate does not work. Just turn the motor 5-10 revolutions clockwise without tightening the potentiometer shaft. Restart the machine.
