Roland 700 2005 model

i have some issue in Roland 700 Solid Printing please give me advise to solve the problem our printing output.
1st image without Dampening it ok but
2nd and 3rd image is with Dampening its shows water lines.
already change all Rollers but not Original its means rubberizing. and this issue in machine all units.

2. Nip Stripes and Diameter Variations
3. Fountain Solution Chemistry (System-Wide)
4. Delta/Vario Effect
