Roland 600/604d

Good afternoon everyone..
We are facing some strange issue in roland 604d machine 4 color.forward inching fine reverse inching fine crawling speed also fine.when we try to run machine is moving only 30 degree and stop.display error comes .machine speed is not permitted.simoreg drive show 08..pictures attached.

Otherwise you will waste time+money.

 

Actully the history of the machine is that this machine was from germany but not in working condition..we brought here in pakistan install there. Every thing else is now working except running...
Yes sir chock we check all voltages . Also check under and over voltages.field circuit also working as inching and crowling is working fine..we dont have any equipmnt like rodimo etc with us to check parameter of simoreg drive..but it shows only 08 address on its led display.

What else we need to check..??

 

Please measure in the electronic board A386;

pLUG X7; +5vDC Regulated power supply in tolerance 0.7% up or down, otherwise is faulty.

LED Green D8 is Glow when the power supply of the incremental sensor is o.k
X7; actual speed of main motor sensor B 150 to the current converter.

Finally measure all Regulated power supply in tolerance 0.7% !!!! up or down.

The problem is in the connection of the tacho generator or a defective tacho generator.
