Roland 500 Interface card -A245 A246

Hi, I'm an electronic technician. I'm trying to communicate with an interface board for Roland 500. This board is installed when by ductor or dampening an original LUST is replaced with other compatible servo drives. I found the software (Download Manager) but unfortunately I can't communicate through the X1-RS-232 port.
This card on machine write me on display error F.F.0.0.6
Can someone help me? It would be nice to have a manual or something. Thank you

 

You need to have service disc to done something with download manager.
It is done from central console...
All software is in there but you can use it only with key disc...

It depends on the series of the machine.
Not necessarily from the console. I use my laptop.
Primo, use "9C"

Have you connected to interface board already?
With error code FF.006 that you mention above I think you config wrong the baud rate. You have to change to 9600 baud if connecting manual.
Did you buy this board from China? It is a board copied by the Chinese from the original circuit.
