Roland 304 problem autoplate

could you help me i have a problem with the plate change it gives me error 80

 

Position timeout.

in position 1 it remains stationary until time out only in the first group

 

Try to do an automatic calibration. If it does not work, use CPL service disk. Check which motor is not working. Most likely the motor driver in the receiver burned out.

 

I did it started working after the reset only that the transition from 1 to 2 on the display is very slow

 

The best solution I've found is when you have the plate in the hopper ready to go on, get some baby powder and trickle it down the plate.The difference is unbelievable and you only need to do this once a week or so.
I went from errors in plate loading and poor/ slow register to no problem whatsoever. I couldn't believe it
