I've Ricoh sp c361 mfp color printer first it gives me error sc365-01 I try to find program 3013 in sp mood but I didn't find it I try to make manual toner supply from sp mood but it didn't work.. I replaced devolped k tank then it gives me error sc365-04 many times and it now gives me error sc364-04 ..so what

I think this is a K-side toner/developer supply issue. I’d check the toner supply motor, sensors, wiring, and the full development unit, because replacing only the developer tank may not solve it.
