Ricoh Pro C651ex middle of the paper comes out notched

Running a Ricoh Pro C651ex

When I do a print job, the middle of the paper comes out notched, as if like an empty stapler tried to staple the middle edge of the paper, or maybe a feeding roller is grabbing it too hard.

Any ideas what it could be, or how to fix it ?
