Ricoh MP 3300 - BLACK FRAME

Hi there,

I am new to the forums, and whilst my problem is not 'color' related, I was hoping someone could provide some help as to the problem I am having.

We have a Ricoh Aficio MP 3300, and when staff print certain documents from the web, the printer prints BLACK shadow/highlighted fields all over the text.

I have a feeling this is a driver problem, but not sure.
Several staff are experiencing this problem.

The driver they are using is:
Ricoh Aficio MP C3300 PCL 6.

Has anyone else had this problem or seen this?
