Hello everyone,
I have a Ricoh C9100 with a suffering problem,
No cyan color coming out , I changed the developer with new drum and charge , still no color, and then I changed the laser unit for the cyan , still no color, I swap the cyan unit with the magenta unit and i print full magenta color it comes out perfect cyan, I changed the back board that connect the cables with 4 USB still no color , I changed the USB cable still nothing
I changed everything related to cyan color but still no print,
Any suggestions please.
