Ricoh c901s Tech needed to train us

I am looking for an experienced Ricoh 901 tech to assist us with doing self maintenance on a pair of 901s we just acquired. We currently do self service on Xerox DocuColor, iGen, Canon 7000 series, as well as a slew of Black and White. We currently have the equipment installed and running, but need to learn the finer points of service.
