Ricoh C5100 missing Magenta Channel Completely

I have two Ricoh C5100s. I was having quality issues on machine #1 with Magenta so I swapped the Meganta Development unit. When I did, Machine #1 completely stopped printing Magenta. I put in back it's original development unit, but it's the same results. Does anyone know what could cause a certain color to stop printing? Please assist
