Ricoh aticio mp 2851 printing issue

Hello, we have a Ricoh 2851 and for whatever reason the print jobs will reach printer but the data in light stays on and the printer won't print unless you turn it off and then back on. Is there a fix for this?

 

sounds like software to me, maybe just needs updating.

 

I updated the printer drivers on the server. It's still doing the same thing. What else could I update?
