Ricoh Afico mp c2500 problem

greetings , i have a rencent problem with my ricoh printer, it doesn't detect the black toner
cartridge but it has one, i now one solution could be enter the clear nodes and change the 3045 code, but i cant get out this mesage. please help.

i have the same model and the same problem, i didn't spend to much time to fix it because i have other alternative models, but a friend who is a technician said that it may seems the black bomb injector is defective...
