Ricoh Aficio MP C2500

Hi all,
i actualy have the Ricoh Aficio MP C2500 in use.
I printed 3 of 5 pages and suddenly the following message occured:

"please refill toner"

So the black/white toner should be refilled, according message the toner is empty.

But this toner can't be empty, i only printed about 100 pages with this toner-
I tried this toner in another Ricoh Aficio MP C2500 and it worked fine.
I even tried a new black/white toner in my Ricoh and the same message occured.

So what can i do ?? a toner reset ?? or is the chip on the toner the problem ?? but why does even a new toner don work ??

Could be the subsequent toner hopper or auger that's failing. It's not moving toner to the delivery area, so it thinks it's out of toner.

Hi,
thanks for your answer.
So i found the solution for my problem...i had to turn off toner sensor in the Ricoh-settings.
No everything goes fine again !!!

I have the same problem, how did you get nto the ricoh- settings configuration and turn off the sensor?, i can't enter from clear modes.
