ricoh Aficio MP 2250 - how add quick contact ?

Hi people,

at work I have a Ricoh Aficio MP 2250, when I use the scan function I can send the output to predetermined contacts.


but when I'm browsing inside the web interface(as admin) of the printer I don't find those contacts & when I add a new one (under Adress list) he don't appear on the LCD screen...

Any idea ?
