Ricoh 7200sl don't pass 350g sheet

Hi,
We have ricoh 7200SL machine, when printing on heavy paper 35àg (high quality). machine jam occur et sheet is rejected in jam zone.

Please note that machine working well on old 350g paper brand and we purchase new brand 350g paper as it is more thicker and more stiffer than older one. Machine pass one sheet then jam occur.

Paper is same weight but not the same stiffness. The machine work on on brand and not on other one.

Any help please? There is any setting on machine sensor ? (because on konica machine we can make setting on sensor and so paper work well on it).
