RGS IV problem

We have an RGS IV system that will work intermittently. Sometimes the lights/camera will be bright and work properly. Other times the lights will be dim or not be on at all and it will quit working. Some days the RGS will work all day, other days the lights might work for 5 mins and then they stop working for hours and will randomly come on and start working again before quitting again. Any ideas as to what could be wrong as our maintenance department is stumped.

1) Measure the power supply in tolerance 0.7% up or down

2) look for loose wires, connectors, oxides in terminals, clean very well , test the lights/camera, for defective, or bad contacts{

3) control board look for dry and colder joints solder very well !
