Our 3050 is not printing reversed type clean. It is fine if the reverse is out of a screen, but if its a solid, the type is dirty. It gets worse the longer i run. It seems to follow the color of the solid, so im not thinking ink, blanket or pip. It kind of coincided with the calibration of the cleaning station flow rate, which was way too low. The pip has been changed since that was done. I have done auto bias, first transfer, checked PTE, the foam roller is in good shape, the blanket isnt new, but isnt shot either. I have swapped bids and nothing changed. Any thoughts ? Thanks
Thanks Howie. Yup, i cleaned the glass and replaced the grids and all is well. I didn't really see much wrong with the old grids, so how does one know when to change them ? Aside from the obvious...
I dont know what do you mean, reversed type clean. Dont understand your problem. Could you explain better or load some photos. Thanks
