Are the servo motors square or round?

These are a bit trickier to set because the potentiometer and the motor are seperate. What you need to do is set all ink keys to the zero position at the CPC. Then remove all motors and potentiometers and just let them hang. Then manually move all ink keys to the same position by using a small screwdriver and turning the key itself until it bottoms out, it should already be close to bottoming out because keys have already been set to zero. once all keys have been bottomed out then turn back 3/4 of a revolution. Now remount all potentiometers being extra careful not to turn them because they are in the zero position. Any movement of the potentiometer will change the ink keys zero position. After that remount the servos and your good to go. Its easier said than done and you may find that you will need to go in and readjust 1 or 2 keys because they got moved during the reinstall process.

One other thing we found that is not said in the instructions in exheldmech's reply is. make sure that the ink tray is in place and and you have a liner installed. It's a small difference. I only mention it, is because we have gone to replace and or set the ink key motor on a PM day and not have a liner in place and have caused a problem.

Would you not be setting the keys with ink in the duct so you can see what you are actually setting ?
