Replace Pressure Roller / Ram Assembly Rebuild

Hi there,

Where i'm from this is apart of the advance training section which is only offered in very rare circumstances.

I've been doing iGen work for over 7 years and was wondering if anyone could provide a pdf on doing the whole rebuild of the ram assembly/replacing pressure roller?

I've seen it done endless times. It's annoying placing a service call for it.
Techs are scared of overly experienced operators doing the advanced work but I'm confident.
(I have all the parts under the sun at my work)

So it this process something that can be shared on the forum here?
