On the toner filter there is a small sensor on the manifold that connects through a small nipple and rubber tubing. We have found this to clog several times. I would assume there is one on the developer side as well. I cannot verify right now as the equipment is running.

Is the filter fully seated against the blower manifold. The red actuator inside the box detects wether the filter is there or not. Place a folded piece of card between the end of the filter and the right hand wall of the housing to hold it in place. There was a bad batch of filters where the seal would break but these should have been purged from the USA and Venray. The vaccum switch is to the rear on the outside of the left side of the filter box - is that connected and the rubber hose attached? (Red and Brown wires)

Is the filter blower running. It will feel warm after running for a few hours - if it's cold it has failed and needs replacing

Other causes for this message can be caused by EU problems. (chicken and egg syndrome as this filter failure can cause the EU to shut down :) ) Is the compresser cycling? It should be on constant when all rear doors and PRB docked. Your engineers need to go through the engine health check procedure which should flag up any air flow problems
