Repeat lines from our anilox

Any ideas why we are getting repeat lines especially when using Matt/silk varnishes on our lithe one 29 coaster using a 13 depth anilox ?

 

13 BCM? What is the LPI?

 

If your line is from gripper to tail, your coating is too thick. If your lines are from side to side make sure your packing and blanket (or plate) are good. If it is check the pressure between your blanket (or plate) and back cylinder

 

If the line(s) are gripper to tail or side to side the coating roller could plugged and needs a professional deep cleaning. The blades in the chamber could also be worn, and need replacement if the lines run gripper to tail.
