Remote Server Communication Failure on PSIP

    Keep getting this XPI-03-3210.

    Tech played with Proxy settings and seemed to go away. But it comes and goes. Works for a few days, then stops for a few days. WTF.

    This is a problem because we use auto-replenish for our parts and now we aren't receiving parts on time.

    Any ideas?

    And yes, I'm working on Independence Day...at least it's quiet here...:p

    Apparently, the new software upgrade that Xerox forced upon us contains a password change that when it communicates with the server it does not authenticate. They were aware that some customers were having this problem. Umm...a bulletin or something would have been nice Xerox!! Way to fill us in! It's not like we pay you millions of dollars!!!!!!! (Well...not me. But I did buy my own flashlight--that counts, right?) :p
