Can any help on tr81dvv reitschele compressor how to grease the bearings, does it need to be open

Many of the Rietschle pumps did not have a grease point at all. Permanently sealed bearings. Seems there was one at the end of the casing, but I cannot recall what it lubed.

We have just replaced the bearings
With a open type bearing
N it needs to be greased regularly otherwise the veins will break
Maybe we need to open the compressor weekly or something n do it with a grease gun or something

I'm going to venture a guess that the reason they used sealed bearings is so that the excess grease does not make it into rotor and foul the free movement of the carbon vanes. Mind you, that's just my assumption.

Yes sir I agree with you , then we will just be carefull with the amount of grease we put in the bearings so that it does not leak out
