Hello everyone. I am looking for some advice on what our Diamond 3000 40" 6 color with coater. We had a really bad amount of sheets come thru folded over. well we smashed blankets and replaced them all along with packing. the pressman are informing me that in the black cyan and magenta units we are having to cock the plates now almost to the max. we are not having print issues, just register. and the cocking is having to move it down, not up. all I can come up with is that some how the plate clams moved from level position. we printed well without a lot of register movement before.

that is interesting. same thing happened to my D3000 6color. and I talked to another pressman that said they had the same issue. nice to see it can be resolved. I am tired of having to hand cock plates
