Recommendation for Offset Printing machine for PVC/Plastic Printing with UV dryer

Hello everyone and happy new year,

I am doing a research on the best offset printing machine for Plastic material printing with UV dryers.
I do not have enough information on the requirements for a machine in case I wanted to print on plastic sheets for plastic cards (But I know the basics).

So, can anyone help by telling me what to consider and what to look for when buying a UV printing machine? and which one is the most suitable for such job?
