RA105 - Automatic Plate Change System FAPC

Automatic plate change Sequence and Troubleshooting.
Machine stops on an angle --> Insert plate --> Plate recognition on Resgister pins (Padus sensor System) --> Sensor signal --> PLC gets sensor signal --> Clamps On (Hold Plate) --> Machine moves on.
Possible Malfunctions:
Machine is not stopped on right angle
The plate is not on registered pins
Sensor doenot recongnise the Plate
The Padus sensor system doesnt generates plate recognition signal
The PLC doest recive the electrical signal from sensor.
rest is the internal programming sequence, whcih can be explained when you face a problem and forward us the LOGFILE.

IF THE SENSOR, is IR. you can test very easy.

Use his camera from CELL, and look it the sensor via cameras, will emith light up blue or White, if DON'T , THE sensor is faulty

of course you must sure, the sensor has Regulated Power Supply , normally + 24Vdc, in tolerance 0.7% up or down, otherwise repair the Regulated Power Supply.

 

Check that the actual plate guard is fully down ? Any play can cause loading errors .
