Delivery,chains lubrication system;pile travel monitor

I've been troubled by this error message lately. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot it? It doesn't seem to be an LA8 pump issue.

Capture the error screen.
...I'm sure everyone knows what series the machine is, but I have forgotten...

  • When starting up, always confirm that the indicator lights of each LA8 solenoid valve are normal. I'm not sure what other reasons could cause this anomaly. When this anomaly occurs, the machine will shut down. Sometimes it doesn't shut down, which is really troubling.

Go to the last alarms and check from which unit you have the lubrication error along with the lubrication general error message.

Are you referring to this Delivery, chains lubrication system;pile travel monitor
Which unit is this referring to?
When I power on, I observe all the LA8 lubrication systems, and the indicator lights of the solenoid valves are all normal.

when your machine stops with a lubrication error at that time check the last alarms, secondly check the input signals for all oil pressure switches.

Where are the input signals for the oil pressure switches located?

Until you write the SERIES of the machine, you won't get a serious answer.

Eliminate the electronics and press ? on the electronic information of the fault point to view more specific electrical number information.

Which of these electrical schemes should I help you with? These are the series up to 2008-10. ... and they are not the same.

I always thought I needed to observe the indicator light of the LA8 solenoid valve because it seemed to be functioning normally when lit. However, I kept getting error messages.

first, what is the series of your machine so people here can help you exactly according to your machine?
second, if you consider an error from the delivery unit is causing the machine but you shared the picture of the last printing unit to identify the input signals.

Sorry, because my English isn't too good, I rely on translation software to understand. My machine is R705+LV from 2002.
The photo I'm attaching now is of the delivery unit.

I've already solved the problem. It turns out the plug below wasn't inserted properly, causing the error.
The M8 plug above and the M8 plug below will produce different error messages.

  • Unfortunately, the same error occurred today. Could this happen if LA8 deteriorates? Is there a way to short-circuit this detection?

Switch the machine to German and take a picture of the error screen. Don't use Google Translate. Then go with the marker on the message and press "?" button. Take a picture.
