R300 - Clamp Error 61(Over Current)

intermittent issue where I would get this error during plate clamp and release.

took out the entire CPL unit, moved chains off the sprockets and tried to move from console.

motor would just move for a half second in either direction.

Milwright has taken motor apart and confirms it is not binding or damaged.

Any other ideas?

    how do i eliminate if the potentiometer is the problem? we switched the secondary head and it still had the same motor error where it just jerks.
    calibrate the system with program 2 if you have successfully done otherwise system must be calibrated with CPL tools disk
     
    Replace the potentiometer (if defective), the motor, (if defective) and adjust as I have shown above. There is no other way.
     
    ok, anyone know of someone here that sells used for cheap? I've gotten a quote from daniel.sanchez and his price is closer to man roland new.
