R100 manroland 100 Roland 100 perfecting issue

Good morning, R100 machine is recently installed, I don't have any error on diagnostic panel but I see something is wrong with perfecting position because I don't get green lights because a contact relationed with perfecting.

Does any one knows very well this perfecting system to put into operation please?
