QuickMaster QM46 Error code 15-10

I have an error code 15-10, and the press doesn't want to eject the plate, whenever i press the button to eject it, it just gets into position to accept a new plate, but doesn't release it and eject it.
Can anybody help?

    Use the function SF-56 calling up, and the cause of malfunction will be appear
