Quickmaster Paper entry timing

I have problems with Heidelberg Quick Master.
How to time the paper entry?

 

Happy to help but need more information. Sheet arrival timing is adjusted with the knob on the lower left, clockwise for advancing and by viewing the gauge in the slot in the feed area O/S . A simple trick to fix many feed timing issues is to clean the 3/2 valve inside and out, located behind the large rear cover N.O.S.

 

Greetings Sean. The problem is that I think it is in the coder (electronic clock). Since the adjustment of the knob is at the top or maximum adjustment.

 

Hi David, it could very well be the encoder that's causing issue but you definitely need to clean and inspect the 3/2 valve before that. Also, there is another timing adjustment on the gear for the feeder behind the guard for the hand crank, allen screw then a hex head to move an eccentric to advance or retard timing. If your timing not consistent, the problem lies with the 3/2 valve, or air/ vacuum leak, also check pump filters. Good luck!
