    Fraudster, nobody should do business with ExoticDPS!

    A year ago, I ordered toners worth 13,200 USD.
    He kept making promises but never shipped the ordered products, and he doesn't respond to emails.

    Everyone should avoid Prasanth Kumar and Michel Santos, never do business with them!

Please note, your concern is related to the Canadian division, which is not a part of our company. If there is any concern, we are at your help, and you should co-operate with a reachable email address. We sent multiple mails, but unfortunately none of them responded from your end. This is the first time we receive such a complaint, and we never want any customer making any complaint to our services, and this is not the way to do business.

    The @exoticdps.com domain has been whitelisted since May 6, 2025. I informed you of this, along with my private email address, in an email at that time, which you even replied to. Since then, I’ve tried to reach you on WhatsApp, but received no response. Attila also tried contacting you on LinkedIn, without success.

    My phone number is included at the end of all my emails, so either you or Michel could have called me at any time to resolve this matter, but no contact was made.

    I do not care about your company’s internal divisions. From the very beginning, we made this deal with you. You sent the proforma invoice, and we transferred the payment to your account in India, which you confirmed. We never agreed to forward our money to Canada — that was your decision, and therefore you are responsible.

    This is the first time I’ve had to resort to filing a complaint on a public forum, but you left me no other option. Please speak with Michel if necessary and fulfill your part of the transaction, and I will gladly delete these posts.

    We were receiving your emails for about a month, after which none of your messages were delivered, and we did not receive any further communication from your side. You were fully aware of the situation and were provided with Mr. Michel’s contact details. Mr. Michel had also confirmed directly that the deal was under his responsibility, not with the India division. Since you received the proforma invoice from him, all matters related to that transaction fall under his purview.

    That said, I am still willing to help resolve the issue. Please note, however, that this public forum does not have any option to delete messages. If you contact us directly at contact@exoticdps.com, I will do the needful to assist you.

    We are a 25-year-old company with a strong record of transparent business practices and have never had to engage in disputes on social platforms. If there is any genuine concern, please reach out to us directly at the email address or contact details provided in all our official correspondence.

    It is also not possible for all communication channels to get blocked simultaneously — so please ensure you are using the correct address for further correspondence.

    Prasanth, I understand you are trying to maintain ExoticDPS’s reputation; however, the fact remains that we have fulfilled our part of the deal, while you have not. I will try to contact you by email once again. If you respond, I will not post here anymore; however, if you do not, I will have no other choice.

    Although he responds to my emails, more than two weeks have passed since my last post on this forum, and we still have not received our 13k USD refund, nor have we received the toners from ExoticDPS that we paid for over a year ago. They keep making promises, but nothing concrete ever happens. If anyone thinks I am just trying to discredit them, feel free to write to me, I will gladly share the entire correspondence as proof. I still do not recommend doing business with them!
